The vehicle was never touched and I was told 3 time it was completed. There was no coolant in the reservoir or any washer fluid in the washer fluid reservoir. So I new they did not even change the oil. What really made me irritated about the whole incident is they acted like it was no big deal after lying about it 3 times.
